New Site Engine

I’ve been bored for some time with my old web site. It was written manually, badly coded with no compliancy to standards whatsoever. Well, I never said I was a HTML guru :-) . So I choose an engine that seemed nice, clean and handy. I picked up the blog engine Tom used, when he still had something to say ;-) . I didn’t need something very elaborate, whilst I wanted to use something ‘finished’. So Wordpress it was. GPL Licensed, of course. Powered by Apache and Debian.

    Congrats! Seems very nice :-)

But can you add some RSS-feeds to your articles and comments? Makes it much easier to follow :-)

  2. I’m not sure what you mean? WordPress has RSS feeds by default.
I myself use http://www.vanginderachter.be/feed/ but you have also http://www.vanginderachter.be/feed/rss/ and http://www.vanginderachter.be/feed/atom/.
Maybe your browser didn’t detect those feeds? I primarily use Firefox, which lets you choose from those three, by showing an RSS icon in the lower right corner.
